   Hello,

   Thanks for this great wgp2 theme!
   I’ve used Siriux for a while now, and just upgraded to Gallery2 2.1 and your latest Siriux.
   Now the embedded gallery is showing as all one column. Do you have any idea as to why?

   Nico,

   I use G2, and you siriux theme. I absolutly love it. It has been a joy to customize. I do have a ? for you sir. If I wanted to change the content width, where would I do that? I have changed the values in the theme.inc, but they do not take… the style sheet links another, that limits changes it back. I for the life of me cant find where its getting the info from. any idea?

   Gabriel:
   You can adjust the content width in the theme admin (either in the album settings for each album or in the global theme settings). It’s on the same page as where you can select the item per page count.

   Moin,

   ich hab das Motiv installiert, allerdings haben meine User nun keine Möglichkeit mehr, Alben anzulegen oder zu ändern. Nur der Admin hat den ‚Anpassen‘-Link.

   Was muss ich ändern, damits wieder klappt.

   Bei den Motiv-Einstellungen kann man die angezeigten Blöcke festlegen, dort einfach „Element-Aktionen“ hinzufügen, fertig.

   Stimmt, das war redundant, deswegen ist es aus dem Motiv rausgeflogen. Selbiges gilt für den EXIF-Block.

   Schau doch bitte mal auf http://www.takeme.de, dann auf „pictures“ – da läuft die Gallery2 in einem 950 Pixel breiten Frame, ich hab jetzt alles so, wie ich es brauche, nur den doofen horizontalen Scrollbalken (der nur im IE bei der Albumübersicht gezeigt wird) bekomme ich einfach nicht weg – was um Alles in der Welt ist da zu breit? Hilfe bitte – Jürgen.

   Ach ja klar, basiert auf Dein Theme :) und dafür nochmal Danke! Ist ein geiles Teil :)

   Jürgen:
   Coole Seite! Ich habe jetzt nur kurz auf den HTML-Code geschaut, aber evtl. könnte das andere „box model“ des Internet Explorers daran schuld sein. Bei IE setzt sich die tatsächliche Breite eines Elements (wahrscheinlich .content im Bilder-Frame) aus der angegebenen Breite (width im CSS) und dem Innenabstand (padding im CSS) zusammen.

   Wenn du also 860px als Breite angibst, und 50px Padding hast, ist der Inhalt in Wirklichkeit 860 2*50 Pixel breit, andere Browser verwenden 860px als tatsächliche Breite und ziehen die 2*50px nach innen ab (daher eigentlich „Innenabstand“).

   Mögliche Lösung: versuche, für „.content“ ein „padding: 0“ zu setzen, den Abstand zum Rand kannst du in dem Fall mit einem Padding für das „body“-Element erreichen…

   Ich hab für .content im css ein padding: 0px gesetzt, aber hat leider keine Wirkung – woher nimmt der denn die 2 × 50 Pixel extra? vielleicht kann ich das einfach auskommentieren?

    You have to add the appropriate block to „Blocks to show on album pages“ (theme settings) in the Site Administration.

    Congratulations!!!
    Its a wonderfull theme!!!

    I am having two problems

    1 – How can I do to put the album and pictures names bellow the picture preview instead of having it to the right side.

    2 – When I see the gallery embeded in mambo, IE displays everything wrong, while Mozilla does it right.

    Any help?

    1. This can all be done with CSS, however you might have to try a little bit. As I did not have the need for the caption below the album images, I did not implement this.
    2. „IE displays everything wrong“ is not exactly the best error description… what is displayed wrong?

    This is a great theme and I have customized it to my liking but I have two questions

    There are photos in my new gallery that do not have a download link and some do not have the info where the comments are supposed to go. I deleted them and reuploaded them and I have the same issues. Is there a fix or is thefe something I should edit in the tpl file??
    Also, from a purely cosmetic point of view, on the main gallery page, there is an extra border line that, for the life of me, I can’t find and can’t delete in css. It’s the extra one in the middle of the page that is a bit thicker than the other 2. I have looked all over the css and can’t find it

    schön hier….habe schon zig Stunden hier verbracht, um was zu suchen… =:o)

    Ich möchte gern bei der Ansicht 5 oder 6 Fotos nebeneinander haben und nicht 4. Aber ich kann es nicht finden, wo man es einstellt.

    Hallo Niko,

    ich dreh gleich durch. ich sitze jetzt fast 2h und finde den Fehler nicht. Ich habe einen neuen Kopf gemacht, http://www.daenemarkforum.de/

    und nun schau mal bitte hier http://www.daenemarkfotos.com/main.php – der haut mir jetzt hinter jede Grafik nen Mega Abstand rein, so wie ich das sehe 6 Pixel, aber wo ändere ich das ab? Das gibt es doch gar nicht….. ich finde es nicht. Habe schon alles gelöscht, CSS & Co, aber der Abstrabd bleibt drin. Im IE ist alles OK! Danke für Deine Hilfe!!

    Nachtrag – ich habe es – habe jetzt die Grafiken als Hintergrund in einer Tabelle eingefügt. Somit habe ich keine Bilder dort. Ist nur blöde für feine Linien….

    Hi,

    I tweaked the siriux theme a little bit to move the breadcrump navigation below the album title. The only problem I have is that I can’t get the long album description to be displayed on the main album page like you have. What I would like is display the long description on al album pages on top of the thumbnails en below the title/breadcrump and the short on the overview of the album pages.
